Tailored Training and In-House Workshops
I am happy to design training courses and in-house workshops for teams and institutions on topics related to the mental health of children and adolescents and the professional handling of traumatic experiences.
The content is tailored precisely to the respective work context — for example for daycare centers, schools, youth welfare institutions, residential facilities or medical and therapeutic teams. Possible focus areas include trauma-sensitive practice, stabilization in everyday settings, psychoeducation, managing stress-related symptoms and self-care within teams.
Format, scope and methodological design are agreed upon individually. The emphasis is on professional exchange and practical benefit for everyday work.
